In praise of the cow...

Tonight I'm baking (for 'fika' tomorrow in the office) and I needed a few things for the recipe so off I went to the local supermarket - to get those and a few things for breakfast. As I unpacked my things onto the belt I started to notice a trend...

Milk, butter.. yoghurt,
Bregott spread..
cheese...
creme fraiche...
marscapone...

..and not such a lot else.

Is it any wonder then that I couldn't resist adding cream filled semlor to the pile???
